Tropical latitudes bring us together. Colombia and Thailand sit on the same band of the world, where the same sun shines and the same fruits grow.
That means shared ingredients and flavors: mango, coconut, mangosteen, papaya, cilantro, chili, tamarind, lime, pomelo, basil, ginger.
Our menu lives in that overlap.
The first Thai restaurant built with Colombian ingredients.
Seim Seim means “same, same” — what Bangkok street vendors call out: same same, but different.
bar
A menu made to keep up with spicy curries, long nights and conversations that don't want to end.
The Seim Seim bar mixes what grows in the tropics of both places: lemongrass with aguardiente, tamarind with rum, fresh coconut water with whatever you're craving. Cocktails with Thai flavors and Colombian spirit.
All of it alongside a generous list of unique, refreshing wines and a wide selection of Asian beers.
spaces
Three settings, one night.
Dining room, bar and terrace — each with its own character, all tied together by the same vibe.
We're all about plates for the middle of the table, good company, great music and a vibrant atmosphere. A little piece of Thailand in Chapinero.
team
Seim Seim is born from fire, from movement and curiosity. A different kind of place, co-created by seven people who share a passion for food, for spice, for music and for good times. Each brings their own experience, local ingredients, hard work and plenty of soul. The result is a place where the flavor is addictive, new and familiar all at once.
